Scott McDade

Regional vice President

Scott McDade joined Courier Express in 2022 and now serves as the executive vice president of CX Direct. With over 30 years of experience in the logistics and transportation industry, Scott brings deep operational and strategic expertise to the organization. Scott has held executive leadership roles across the logistics industry, including President of Carolina Freight Services, Division President at Velocity Express (Comvest Partners), COO/President at Beavex, Inc. (EOS Partners), and President of I-Enable Logistics.

Scott is a committed lifelong learner. He earned an A.A. in business management from Blue Ridge Community College and a B.S. in business administration with a focus on management from Western Carolina University. He is currently pursuing a BSBA in business law. Scott has been happily married to his wife, Christy, for over 25 years, and they have one daughter, Gracie. He is deeply grounded in his faith, actively involved in his church, and serves as a deacon. Scott enjoys spending time outdoors—camping, hiking, and kayaking—and cherishes time with family and friends.
