In today's CX Trivia, we highlight a Courier Express advertisement that appeared in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution in 2011. Times have certainly changed since then. Once upon a time, print media—including the Yellow Pages, coupon mailers, classified ads, and community newspapers—dominated the market in advertising for small businesses. Back then, Courier Express invested most of our advertising dollars in Yellow Page ads, and at one point, one of our largest customers was those using our COD, cash-on-delivery services who found our listing in the Yellow Pages.
